utils/launch.sh isn't included in the debian package. Justification for important tag: /usr/share/doc/novnc/README.md.gz refers to launch.sh. All documentation on the web refers to launch.sh. Without it, I don't seem to be able to find a way to launch the server, and thus the package seems unusable.
