To reproduce the bug:
1) Start virt-manager on workspace 3 (as an examle). 2) Open an virtual machine. 3) Choose a window from workspace 1 by the windows quik list applet (the button near the time applet). 4) The panel almost fully freezes. Them menu doesn't work and you cannot return to the virtual machine.
