Definitely.  I saw that earlier, and noticed at least one build-dep
that's missing, though I don't know why my pdebuild run here didn't hit
the same issue.  In any case, I should have time to work on it this
weekend.

FYI, even though emacs25 is new, I'm classifying this bug as a regression
because I strongly suspect it would also strike binNMUs on amd64.
