Hi,

steps to reproduce:

 1. install python-rosmesg
 2. run "rosmsg list"

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/rosmsg", line 34, in <module>
    import rosmsg
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rosmsg/__init__.py", line 49, in 
<module>
    import rospkg
ImportError: No module named rospkg

 3. install python-rospkg
 4. run "rosmsg list"

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/rosmsg", line 34, in <module>
    import rosmsg
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rosmsg/__init__.py", line 52, in 
<module>
    import roslib.message
ImportError: No module named roslib.message

 5. install python-roslib
 6. run "rosmsg list"

Traceback (most recent call last):
