Ah, right, that it is. So the issue is in iproute2.

Do you have an apt log? I would imagine firehol depends on another package that
depends on libxtables11. But I don't see why we would want to binNMU firehol.

Maybe this is your problem:

p   fireholDependsfirehol-common (= 3.0.2+ds-1)
p   firehol-common Dependsiproute2
i   iproute2   Recommends libxtables11

If I try to upgrade my packages to the new libxtables apt wants to remove 
firehol, so I guess the parameters of the transition tracker are not just 
right.
