I do not reproduce the problem using grisbi 1.0.2.

Mes comptes_20161023T222124.gsb  Mes comptes_20170624T182532.gsb
Mes comptes_20161023T222138.gsb

I guess the file you opened was "Mes comptes_20161013T112518.gsb" and not "Mes 
comptes".
So the backup reuses the name "Mes comptes_20161013T112518" to create the 
backup file name.

Please double check the name of the file you use in Grisbi.
