I've uploaded it.

I made some minor changes to the changelog. I added a "Closes" for this
bug, and I changed the urgency to "medium" which is now the normal
urgency. The actual diff I uploaded is attached.

fswebcam build-depends on:
 libgd2-noxpm-dev | libgd2-xpm-dev

Neither of these packages exist anymore. Please build-depend on
libgd-dev instead.
