Correct, I'm reshuffling the bugs accordingly.

At least for python-ltfatpy his is even a FTBFS, therefore RC:

there is two problemes.

kiwisolver MUST provide -dbg packages AND matplotlib should depends on these 
packages once available.

I should have checked the logs better. python(3)-kiwisolver is
installed. I don't know why the module can't be found as I am not so
good into Python packaging. Hence, consider this just a heads up that
autopkgtests are broken now.

With the upload of matplotlib version 2.2.2-1 the autopkgtest of pyfai¹
and pyton-ltfatpy² started failing with the following error:

  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/matplotlib/_layoutbox.py", line
23, in 
import kiwisolver as kiwi
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'kiwisolver'

As that file is from matplotlib, I believe it must have a Depends on
python(3)-kiwisolver.

Please fix this issue so that dependent packages can work reliably.
