Package: hmmer Version: 3.2.1+dfsg-1 Hello, There is a failing test in hmmer's autopkgtest [1]: exercise 292 [ hmmpgmd_ga] ... FAILED [crash!] The same test suite is executed during build, but does not fail. Thus I presume the failure might be caused by a script trying to write somewhere in the build tree.
