decopy pkg uses ronn to generate its manpage, and it seems that ronn changed the name of its output file. This change caused an FTBFS in decopy (#924272), which is fixed/worked around in 0.2.4.1-2. "There are two ways of constructing a software design. One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies. And the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies."
