openjdk-7 was kept in experimental in order to prepare updates and see them build, and later backport them to the security suites that still had openjdk-7. However for a while now openjdk-7 hasn't built on experimental anymore, and it's only supported on jessie now, so it makes sense to remove it from experimental and upload the new updates directly to jessie.
