Bug#929419: unblock: tasksel/3.53

I would like to request an unblock for version 3.53 of tasksel.


The changings contain:

- Remove bubulle from uploaders.
- Translation update for Korean
- Trivial syntax fixes in changelog file.


A corresponding debdiff is attached.
