A release inbuster-backports would be fine for me. Whatever it is ok now that I have rebuilt it from source applying the same change in the debian/rules file. Finally it is working. That's a fair request. From a technical perspective, it should be straightforward (the same change should work there), but I'll need to get official approval from the Release Team. There's also a version of ncbi-blast+ in buster-backports that I should be able to fix more readily, but I can understand if you'd rather leave backports alone. Thanks for asking, and sorry you ran into trouble here. -- Aaron Patrice Duroux writes: > Hi, > > Thanks for the work. > But is there any plan to solve it for ncbi-blast+ in Buster for which the bug > report was addressed initially? > Do I have to mix Buster / Sid on my system? > > Thanks, > Patrice > > On Mon, 17 Feb 2020 01:50:53 + Debian FTP Masters < > ftpmas...@ftp-master.debian.org> wrote: >> Source: ncbi-blast+ >> Source-Version: 2.9.0-4 >> Done: u...@debian.org (Aaron M. Bug#951280: fixed in ncbi-blast+ 2.9.0-4
Hi, Thanks for the work. But is there any plan to solve it for ncbi-blast+ in Buster for which the bug report was addressed initially? Do I have to mix Buster / Sid on my system?
