Package: nvidia-graphics-drivers
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I'm having problems with the nvidia-graphics driver. I'm using 450.66-1~bpo10+1 and it has been tested with linux-image-4.19.0-11-amd64 and linux-image-5.7.0-0.bpo.2-amd64.

With all the test test that I have done the result has been the same. When sddm load, a black screen in showed and the cursor, nothing more. However, with nouveau the works.

Checking /var/log/Xorg.0.log what I have found interesting is this:
...
(EE) Failed to open authorization file "/var/run/sddm/{4f23d2f5-babb-4b65-bbfd-ba06776ed6cb}": No such file or directory
...

Surfing on the web what I have found is that is something related with drm and the nvidia driver, but although I have forced with nvidia-drm.modeset=1 I don't have found any different result.

Any idea of what is failing here?

Leopold
