If UTF-8 is really not in use and that script is loaded in
~/.irssi/startup , irssi dumps core during startup. Probably the bug is
in that script rather than in irssi. But as long as I am really not yet

We, Debian CUPS team are considering what's best way to handle CUPS
configuration. CUPS of current sid since 1.1.23-13 is test case and
really unstable.
So we prevent current CUPS enters testing.
