It barfs about not being able to install xemacs21 flavor
2. sudo /usr/lib/emacsen-common/emacs-remove xemacs21

really two bugs here:
a) libweb-id-perl lacks dependency on libmo?sex-types-perl
b) librdf-crypt-perl lacks build-dependency on
libcrypt-openssl-random-perl
