The files are pure interfacing files. These are there to allow cross
building, but this is not yet supported, so I agree to remove them as a
quick fix for Jessie.
In the future I'll contact upstream to have a better solution as I want

The bug exists really. You just need to have a look at fp-compiler.postinst
and will see that the case user choice is not taken into account.
