./autogen.sh --with-python=python3
The python-pygraphviz dep can be dropped, I can't find any usage of it
in the code base.

gst-chromaprint is included in gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad so this
package should be removed if 0.10 gets removed.
The problem is that exfalso updated to 3.0.2 but the plugins didn't
(they aren't in sid)
Downgrading quodlibet and exfalso to 2.4 should fix it for now.
