No they aren't.

I will soon upgrade on debian git, a new version (3.5.2) that does not
include anymore thoose file.
The "_source" will be included into tgz (even if we debian package does not
need it since it use the external package of ckeditor instead).
The flash files will also be removed, so it should solve this report too.
I will contact you as soon as it is ready.
