Yes, on those tests are indeed fixed. See the builds on
builldd.debian.org/heimdal.
There are still a number of other test failures. Unfortunately I haven't had
any time to look into those yet, any help debugging those would be greatly

This regression is caused by a new version of python-configobj (5.0.6-1), which
has altered behaviour for non-ascii strings.
We should patch bzr rely on the new configobj behaviour, and then update its
dependencies to python-configobj = 5.0.6.

This is a regression in paramiko, caused by their effort to support
Python 3.
We can work around this in bzr if there is no other way, but that
likely has performance consequences - we'd have to materialize
every buffer as a bytestring before passing it in.
