e, they won't communicate to ibus. (This cause "I can not type Japanese language anymore") I guess , refer to main.c of gnome-session-bin, the best place of setting GTK_IM_MODULE env variable is in gnome-session-bin. Would you accept that patch as a temporary resolution? Takahide Nojima
