Hi, I've recently updated the mbedtls package to the latest LTS version, and it
seems that it has caused a regression for shadowsocks-libev. In fact, debci
reports one failed test in autopkgtest. The failure is quite strange though,
since I can't reproduce it locally, and every time the CI runs autopkgtest the
failure is slightly different. The error message is generated by `curl`, and
says "Unable to receive initial SOCKS5 response".

It seems really strange to me that this regression was caused by updating
libmbedcrypto, as the new LTS version only contains security and bug fixes.
Also, the failure appears to be generated by `curl`, sometimes, when it tries
to communicate with an external host (www.google.com).

What could be the cause of the failures?
