I've successfully rebuilt python3-param/1.12.3 with
python3-pkg-resources/5.6.3-1 and
python3-setuptools/65.6.3-1 from snapshot.d.o [1]
I don't know this is a regression in setuptools (recently uploaded [2]) or a
bug in the
package itself.
