git2go is packaged for building gitaly. gitaly upstream has dropped the git2go dependency. Ref: https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/9092
gitaly in salsa dropped this dependency. Once gitlab 16.4 is ready, this will be uploaded to experimental along with gitlab. Then once it is reuploaded to unstable, we can request removal of this package from the archive.
