libsdbus-c++-dev was already listed in our Build-Depends, guaranteeing
it being pulled in and available at build time.

This actually turned out to be an issue in the pkgconfig file shipped
in sdbus-cpp 1.4.0 that broke any packages that depend it, including
jami - see #1059422.

I'll soon be doing a new upload of jami, so I'm closing this bug now.
