Package: libapt-front-dev
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

doing an install I get;
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libapt-front-dev: Depends: libtagcoll-dev (>= 1.5) but it is not installable
                    Depends: libtagcoll-dev (< 1.6) but it is not installable

The libtagcoll-dev package is (currently) unavailable for the amd64
architecture.

Then how was libapt-front-dev built?

Package: libapt-front
Binary: libapt-front-dev
Build-Depends: cdbs, debhelper (>> 4.1), dh-buildinfo, doxygen, libtool, li=
bapt-pkg-dev, libtagcoll-dev (>=3D 1.5), libtagcoll-dev (<< 1.6), pkg-config

This looks like a problem with the amd64 archive, not with the
libapt-front-dev package.
