http://flac.sourceforge.net/api/group__porting__1__1__2__to__1__1__3.html confirms that the seekable stream decoder is gone as of 1.1.3 (and thus 1.1.4). It looks like it's pretty easy to get it building. If you really can't figure it out I can try to provide a patch later today. Thanks --
