Justification: renders package unusable

syscp cannot be installed with libsasl2-2 on the system, which is the
current newest version of that libary.

This is gravem because when upgrading the system, syscp will be removed
automatically and cannot be re-installed afterwards.

OK, I've forwarded your bug report to him and I'm hereby closing the
bug in the Debian BTS (syscp is not in Debian).
