Justification: uninstallable in sid
The zope3 package in sid seem to have been removed in favour of various
separate library packages. However, python-psycopg2da still depends on zope3,
rendering it uninstallable in sid.
(This is one of a few packages preventing zope3's removal from testing;
the others are versioned dependencies on python-zopeinterface that could be
solved with a transitional package.)
This might also be a good time to reconsider the zope-psycopgda2 package's
dependencies, or remove it entirely; the first of its alternative dependencies
(zope2.12) appears not to be in Debian any more (if it ever existed), although
zope2.11 and zope2.10 still exist.
