Marco,I'm afraid problem is real and I too got it after I updated my system last night.
No, it just takes a bit longer.
If my whole system boots in 20 seconds, then having this error shown for 2 minutes or it won't boot it at all represents a serious problem. I never waited to see how long it takes, I just "interrupt" the error with "ctrl + c" and the system continues with booting without any further trouble.
