The fixing version (1.3-3.1) is not (any longer?) an ancestor of the version in sid according to the changelog, therefore the BTS considered to issue as unfixed after I added an affects in the binary package name at the time the bug existed ... closing it with the next upload (after the fixing NMU) that is part of the history of sid.
