This is an unsupported upgrade path your're doing, hence closing. Supported partial upgrades are version_n - version_n+1 etc., not version_n - version_n+x where x1. it happens rarely and it's inconvenient, but it's even more a mess to retro-actively add partial upgrade handing for versions that
