Package: github-backup
Version: 1.20120627+b1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

github recently added a requirement that users of the API set a
User-Agent header. github-backup doesn't appear to set such a header and
so it is no longer useable.

It would be nice if the header were setable by the user.
