Even considering the somewhat "verbose" subject, this bugreport has way to 
little information to be useful. Please install the reportbug package and run 
"reportbug src:linux" (on the machine which has received the soft lookup or 
one with similar hw+sw) and file a new bug.

(Technically you/I could also reopen this bug and attach that info here, 
but... maybe you never provide more info, so its easier to close this bug and 
ask you to file a new one.)
