In an effort to help with RC bugs, I tried to reproduce this issue in an up-to-date clean sid chroot but the build succeeds.
dh_auto_test -O--parallel -O--buildsystem=cmake -O--dbg-package=libgit2-dbg -O--builddirectory=build-debian-release make[1]: Entering directory '/tmp/buildd/libgit2-0.21.1/build-debian-release' Running tests... /usr/bin/ctest --force-new-ctest-process -j1 Test project /tmp/buildd/libgit2-0.21.1/build-debian-release Start 1: libgit2_clar 1/1 Test #1: libgit2_clar ..................... Passed 25.53 sec 100% tests passed, 0 tests failed out of 1 I then proceeded with an up-to-date jessie chroot, which also builds just fine. Just to be sure, I also built once with all network disabled (as the test name mentions network (although it suggests it is actually NOT using the network). Also that built find.
