In an effort to help with RC bugs, I tried to reproduce this issue in an
up-to-date clean sid chroot but the build succeeds.

I then proceeded with an up-to-date jessie chroot, which also builds
just fine.

Just to be sure, I also built once with all network disabled (as the
test name mentions network (although it suggests it is actually NOT
using the network). Also that built find.

My system is amd64, with only one core (should it matter):
