Hi,

rspamd will not build on (at least) arm64, ppc64el and s390x because it
has an unsatisfiable build dependency on 'libluajit-5.1-dev'.

The Build-Depends line contains this:
 libluajit-5.1-dev | liblua5.1-dev
but the buildds only look at the first option.

The solution to this is either to drop the luajit build dependency or
explicitly state which architectures should use it. For example (based
on the arches luajit currently supports):

 libluajit-5.1-dev [amd64 armel armhf i386 kfreebsd-i386 mips mipsel powerpc 
powerpcspe] | liblua5.1-dev
