Hi there, I got the same error here on i386. The completion file seems to originally come from bash-completion, so maybe it should not be redeclared here, but I am not sure.
I found the repos site here: https://bash-completion.alioth.debian.org/ and it contain the valgrind completion file. We should ask to related maintainers.
