1.1-4 does not install the grub2 script anymore. You might need to manually delete /etc/grub.d/50_nvram_wakeup and run update-grub to clean up the mess I did with 1.1-3 (sorry for this!).
Are you actually using nvram-wakeup? It's on of the packages I plan to completely remove sooner or later.
