Package: libmpg123-0 Version: 1.14.4-1
Justification: renders package unusable
Severity: grave

Dear Maintainer,

As built, the armhf version of libmpg123-0, v1.14.4-1, incorrectly
decodes mp3 files. The result is a high-pitched whine when played.
The mpg123 command also cannot play mp3s, and converting to .wav
produces incorrect output.

The latest version (1.22+), when built from sources, works fine. So
does 1.21.

This bug was found on a Beaglebone Black running Debian wheezy and a 3.8 kernel.

So let's mark it as fixed in the first 1.22.x version uploaded to the archive.
Does it work with 1.20.1-2 from jessie?

Cheers
