Package: seafile-cli

Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

Since I switched from Seafile official packages to Debian unstable ones,
Seafile CLI don't start.

It just raise a python import error:

$ seaf-cli
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/seaf-cli", line 86, in <module>
      import seafile
ImportError: No module named seafile
