After upgrade to 2.0, many packages that depend on astropy are broken
due to incompatibilities. This bug is to ensure they get fixed before
astropy migrates to Testing.

Since all dependencies in testing are now working with astropy-2.0, I am
closing this bug which prevented astropy from migration.
