Package: captagent Version: 6.1.0.20-3 Severity: serious Hi!
The init script provided in this package is broken. It fails when stopping an already stopped daemon, which can make package removal fail. It also incorrectly considers these failure modes, and reports it as such. And is doing redundant checks with ps when those could be completely off-loaded to start-stop-daemon. (Ideally the init script would use the LSB output functions.) Thanks, Guillem
