Justification: Policy 3.3
As per policy:
The email address given in the Maintainer control field must accept
mail from those role accounts in Debian used to send automated mails
regarding the package.
See attached original email. It seems so that the signing a email with
the GPG key does cause the rejection, but I did not check if this was
the cause. It happened when reporting bug #879511.

I added multipart/signed to the list of authorized content-types at
https://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/admin/pkg-rrdtool-maint/contentfilter
Previous (default) content types were only:
multipart/mixed
multipart/alternative
text/plain
That should do the trick.
