helpman depends on python and python-gi, but not on the necessary
GObject-Introspection typelibs to make "from gi.repository import Gtk",
"from gi.repository import Gdk" and "from gi.repository import Pango"
work as intended. It needs to depend on at least gir1.2-gtk-3.0 and
gir1.2-pango-1.0.
In general these dependencies can't be generated automatically, so
the maintainer needs to provide them.
