While doing housekeeping for the MIA team, I came accross this pacakge.  With
the last upload in 2010 and VCS-Browser and upstream hompage link dead, I
wonder if this pacakge is still maintained.

If the package is still maintained, please just close the bug. If not, I will
orphan the package in exactly 3 months from now.
