Dear Maintainer,

The recent uploads of ncl to unstable FTBFS on mips64el, see:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=ncl&arch=mips64el&ver=6.4.0-7&stamp=1520215410&raw=0

dh_auto_install fails to remove some static libraries:

 rm debian/tmp/lib/libblas_ncl.a debian/tmp/lib/liblapack_ncl.a
rm: cannot remove 'debian/tmp/lib/libblas_ncl.a': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove 'debian/tmp/lib/liblapack_ncl.a': No such file or directory

There are several segfaults:

 Installing fontc
        Processing fontcap font1

Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference.

 Backtrace for this error:
 #0 0xffee0ed18b in ???
 make[4]: *** [Makefile:554: font1] Segmentation fault

And various link issues:

 /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lNGgks
 ...
 /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lNGnfpfort
 ...
 /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lnfp

Please fix these issues or remove ncl and its reverse dependencies from
mips64el.

Kind Regards,

Bas
