I have also seen a number of systems hang after upgrading to this kernel
version. It appears to happen when the system has docker containers
running, possibly related to the virtual ethernet devices. On some
systems, I can trigger the bug within an hour or two of uptime. Rolling
back to 4.19.0-9 resolves the problem. I also tried 4.19.0-11 from
buster-proposed-updates on one system, and the system seems to be stable
on that kernel as well.
