The recent update-pciutils command seems to remove /usr/share/misc/pci.ids. This leads to the error described in the subject and also removes a file distributed by the pci.ids Debian package which is a clear policy violation. Please fix this asap. Also #950812 should be fixed with this upload. Forcing the link creation solves this issue.
