Changing the severity to important as it turns out that a workaround
exists (ie: remove the user's geary config).
Also, since Geary does not support POP accounts, I don't believe any
data loss would happen (one just need to resync their imap emails).

Adding the geary uploaders directly in CC since they might not have received
emails from the BTS for this bug as the maintainer is set to Debian GNOME
Maintainers.

FYI, deleting the user's config under ~/.config, ~/.local/share and ~/.cache
fixes the issue and geary starts successfully after that.
Of course that is a disruptive operation (user config is gone, and what about
pop accounts that cannot resync emails later on).
