Hi, I just had a look at ruby-gsl. The package builds and tests fine with the GSL version is was built with. However, the tests break when the version built against 2.7 is run with GSL 2.6 and vice-versa. Maybe this is also due to the ABI breakage (#993324).
IMHO you could add a Breaks: ruby-gsl (<< 2.1.0.3+dfsg1-4~) to help the transition. or we wait and rebuild as soon as you upload your latest changes to unstable.
